Stephen A. Smith Returns to ESPN for Online, Radio Gigs

From the category of "Will wonders never cease?" comes word that ESPN and Stephen A. Smith are back together again and the world's in a spin.

Smith, whose brand of loud and confrontational comment and writing earned him the nickname "Screamin' A," returns to the Worldwide Leader as a columnist for ESPN.com's sites in New York and Los Angeles, as well as hosting nighttime talk shows on ESPN Radio stations in New York and Los Angeles.

Smith has had spectacular departures from The Philadelphia Inquirer and from ESPN, where he hosted the ill-conceived "Quite Frankly." His most recent gig was as a morning talk host on Fox Sports Radio.
